Georgia.—The official majority for Governor Cobb, in Georgia, is 18,789. In the first Congressional District, Jackson, (Southern Rights,) has 276 majority; in the 2d, Johnson, (Union,) 1,122 maj.; in the 3d, Bailey, (S. R.,) 158 maj.; in the 4th, Murphy, (Union,) 2149 maj.; in the 5th, Chastain, (Union,) 6401 maj.; in the 6th, Hillyer, (Union,) 4118 maj.; in the 7th, Stephens, (Union,) 2789 maj.; in the 8th, Toombs, (Union,) 2,166 maj. In the Legislature the Union majority on joint ballot is 106.
