Horlocker Murder Case.

Omaha, Sept. 25.—A special to the Bee from Hastings says:

Miss Viola Horlocker, charged with attempting to murder Mrs. C. F. Morey, May 11, by sending her poisoned candy, was arraigned in court today and her case continued till the December term. Her bond for $5,000 was renewed. Miss Horlocker has been spending the time since her first arraignment at Oakland sanitarium, Jacksonville, Ill., in the attempt to brace up her health. In court today she appeared as well as ever. She was accompanied by her sister, Miss Zora Horlocker. It is understood that the accused will return to Jacksonville to remain until the trial.
