Last Tuesday parents, teachers and friends gathered in the school cafetorium for a get-acquainted.
Faculty members were introduced by the principal, Ralph Long, of John Hope School.
Special guests present were Mrs. Emma Bell and Mrs. Anna Doris Hall. Musical selections were rendered by the Boy's Chorus.
The members of the PTA have as their first project a Harvest Festival. The crowning of the king and queen will take place at the Harvest Festival that will be held on October 7.
