As it is to be hop'd we shall never have any more Italian Operas it is also to be wished, that the Persons who gave such large Sums to the Encouragement of that foolish Diversion, and Strollers from Italy, may employ their Largesse and Contributions for the future, towards the Establishment of an Hospital for Foundlings, in Imitation of other Christian Countries. Protestants as well as Roman Catholicks: and for the Encouragement of useful Learning, by enabling the Royal Society to distribute Prizes every Year, like les Academies des Sciences, & Belles Lettres, in France.
