DUBLIN, November 11.

Yesterday, pursuant to appointment, the grand national convention, consisting of five delegates from every county, and three from every city in the kingdom, assembled at twelve o'clock, at the Royal Exchange, when they elected the Right Hon. the Earl of Charlemont their chairman, and Messrs. J. Dawson and J. T. Ashenhurst, secretaries; from thence they marched through the streets (which were lined by the volunteer corps of this city) to the Rotunda, where the Union Light Dragoons had mounted guard and received them with presented arms.
