From the Paris A-la-main, Feb. 15.
As it evidently appears, by his most Christian Majesty's late Edict, or Arret, for the Erection of a Military Academy, that his Majesty is very solicitous our Officers for the Time to come, shall be more able and experienced in the Art of War than their Predecessors, the Chevalier de Lusan proposes, with his Majesty's Licence and Permission, to read Lectures publickly at his House on Tacticks, or the Discipline to be observed by Warriors, of all Ranks and Denominations whatsoever.
