Three large lots of 120,000 acres each, have been purchased in Kentucky and Pennsylvania, with a view of granting the same out in small lots of from 200 to 500 acres in perpetuity, rendering a small rent per acre, with a liberty of purchasing the fee simple by the tenant; and leases to this effect, having been granted to a great number of farmers and others, in North-Wales, Cardiganshire, and Pembrokeshire, two ships laden with Emigrants, have lately sailed, and a very considerable number will sail next spring. The principal settlement is to the South of the Ohio, five miles from Salt river, in Nelson county, Kentucky.
