Account from Virginia states, that Mr. White, federal candidate is elected to Congress from J. G. Jackson's district (in opposition to Mr. Kinney, the present democratic representative). In Mr. Stephenson's district, (who declined a re-election) Mr. Baker, federalist, has succeeded by a majority of about 200, over Mr. Morgan, democratic, and Mr. Wolf, federal, has the same majority as State Senator. Jefferson county, in this district, has given the greatest number of federal votes this year ever known.
Mr. Eppes having moved into Randolph's district, was distanced; so that at least two democratic members from Virginia, have lost their seats in Congress. Balt. Fed. Gaz.
