A strange Piece of News has been sent from Paris, viz. That a Treaty is lately concluded between their Catholick and Britannick Majesties, the Infante Don Carlos, the Republicks of Venice and Holland, and the Knights of Malta; whereby those Powers have agreed to fit out a certain Number of Ships and Galleys to Sea, and to use their joint Endeavours for utterly destroying the Corsairs or Privateers of Barbary, who so greatly interrupt the Navigation of the Subjects of those Powers in the Mediterranean.
