The following is the reported distribution of the late Thomas Leyland Esq's property: 200,000l. to his widow; 300,000l. to his nephew, Richard Ballin, Esq: 300,000l. to his nephew Christopher Ballin, Esq; 10,000l per annum to his niece, Mrs. Naylor, now Mrs. Ware, but formerly Miss Ballin: 500,000l to her eldest son, now at school, 12 years of age, and to take the name of Leyland: 10,000l to each of his brothers and sisters; 10,000l. to the public charities of this place; and minor legacies.
