License Revoked- Man Fined $150 Speeder Gets Stiff Penalty For Driving Without Permit Here

Thomas C. Spears, Dayton, was arrested by Highway Patrolman R. J. Sanders, Saturday, and was fined $150 and costs for operating a motor vehicle although his driver's license had been revoked.

Spears was also fined $17.50 and costs for exceeding the speed limit which lead to the finding that his driver's license had previously been revoked for a three-year period. He was also sentenced to 30 days in the county jail but the sentence was suspended on Spears promise to refrain from operating an automobile for the specified period.
