CAMDEN, Ark., Jan. 7

Two mortgages totaling $1,700,000 have been filed with circuit Clerk Lawrence E. Wilson. These are the largest instruments ever filed in Ouachita county and cover land in every township in the county with the exception of Marion township.

The first mortgage is given by the Mississippi, Ouachita and Red River Railway company to Benjamin A. Farnham and David B. Sickles for $1,000,000. This instrument covers 76 pages of typewritten copy and contains 33,750 words and covers 256,465 acres of land in Arkansas.
