The Grand Continental Congress, which met at Philadelphia the fifth of September last, broke up on Wednesday the 26th of October; the Delegates from this Province are expected to arrive in Town on Wednesday next.

The Proceedings of this Congress, containing Extracts from their Votes and Proceedings, viz. the Bill of Rights, a List of Grievances, the Association, an Address to the People of Great-Britain, and a Memorial to the Inhabitants of the british American Colonies, will soon be published.
