"A Treaty is now on the Point of Conclusion between his Imperial Majesty of Germany, the Empress of Russia, and the King of Prussia, wherein these said Powers promise their mutual Guaranty to protect and defend all their Dominions, either in or out of Europe, with all their Rights and Privileges, particularly those of Trade, which the said Powers respectively enjoy; and if the contracting Powers should be attacked or molested in the above Particulars, that then the aforesaid Parties shall furnish respectively the following Succours, six Weeks after the Demand. His Imperial Majesty of Germany 6000 Horse and 12,000 Foot, the Empress of Russia 2000 Horse and 10,000 Foot, and his Prussian Majesty 4000 Horse and 8000 Foot. But if the Party attacked or injured chooses to be supplied with Ships of War or Transports, or Money, then the other Parties shall furnish Ships or Money, in Proportion to the Expense of the Troops above stipulated. And if the above said Succours are not sufficient to redress the Wrongs of the injured Party, the contracting Powers then agree to furnish more Forces, and even to declare War against the Aggressor."
