Philadelphia, June 16.

The State Republican Convention assembled this forenoon and elected H. C. Carri temporary Chairman. They selected a Committee to select permanent officers.

Delegates to the National Anti-Nebraska Convention are arriving from all points.

The friends of Mr. Fillmore have appointed delegates to claim seats in the Anti-Nebraska National Convention.

In the Republican Convention of the State of Pennsylvania, Hon. John Allison, of Beaver was chosen for President. Dr. Elder made a brilliant speech, when the Convention adjourned till afternoon.
