Extract of a Letter from Warsaw, July 3.

"The Prussian and Austrian Troops still keep making Advances towards this City; and as M. Benoit and the Austrian Resident have retired, a Siege is soon expected. In Consequence of this Expectation, Provision is absolutely making; the Troops from the Places contiguous are called within the Walls of the City, which are much strengthening now; Ammunition, Stores, &c. are laying in; and, in Fact, every Preparation is making for Defence. The Delegates have absolutely refused according to the Prussian Proposition, and are broke up."
