Full Text

A correspondent, who is very deep in the present loan, complains of the injustice of the Minister, in talking of a new loan, while the present is so burthensome to the subscribers; the instalments are now grown so heavy, and the funds are in so whimsical a state, that there is a doubt whether the loan holders will be able to make good their future payments, unless the Minister can give a fillip to public credit.

It is imprudent, continues our correspondent, to throw a fresh meal upon the stomach before the former is properly digested.
