If you study your own interests you will vote for tariff reform and the party which advocates it. That party is the Democratic.
The Democratic Position-
"We are for the protection that protects, and for the reciprocity that reciprocates." W. L. Wilson in the Chicago convention.
"We will rely upon the intelligence of our fellow-countrymen to reject the charge that a party comprising a majority of our people is planning the destruction or injury of American interests, and we know they cannot be frightened by a spectre of impossible free trade."
