His Majesty's Writ of Original Summons on this Occasion, is very elegantly engrossed on the best gilt Paper, as nearly in Size and Quality to that required in humble Petitions to the Board of Commissioners here, from those in their power, as could be procured either at the Milton Manufacture or elsewhere. The above Writ was served according to the laws of this Province, not by holding to Bail, but by leaving a Transcript engrossed in the same Hand and Paper at the Defendant's House
