July 9. Notice has been given in the Crown office, that the information against John Wilkes, Esq; for the original publication of No. 45, of the North Briton, will be tried before Lord Mansfield, and a London Jury, at Guildhall, at the Sitting after this Term. And that a like notice has been given of another information against Mr. George Kearsly, for the original publication of the same North Briton. And that a third information will be tried at the same Sittings against Mr. John Williams, for republishing the North Briton in volumes.
