LATEST INTELLIGENCE FROM THE ARMIES

From the New-York Commercial Advertiser, Nov. 24.

Dekalb, St. Lawrence County, Nov. 9.

The army under gen. Wilkinson, consisting of about 5000 men, passed Ogdensburg on Saturday night, on their way to Montreal. The British immediately followed from Kingston (about 2000 strong) and arrived at Prescott yesterday morning. Soon after they arrived, they crossed to Ogdensburg, and carried off 2 mortars, and 29 bbls of pork, flour and whiskey--the quantity of each article I am unable to inform you.
