Weekly Luncheon
James R. Ford, chairman of the civic improvement committee of the El Centro Chamber of Commerce will be in charge of the weekly luncheon of the chamber at the Barbara Worth hotel tomorrow noon.
Mr. Ford will be assisted by other members of his committee in providing the program for the occasion.
Each committee in turn will be given charge of the weekly luncheon and in this way it is hoped to give the membership a better idea of the duties of each committee and the extent of the work being done by the entire chamber.
Luncheon will be served promptly at 12:30 and a fine for each minute's tardiness will be collected from those who fail to arrive on time.
The luncheons have been attracting a large number of members during the past few weeks and the novelty of the program, as well as the opportunity to meet with their fellow businessmen, is greatly enjoyed by those who attend.
