The Fayetteville Observer of the 10th inst. gives to the friends of the administration the following "crumb of comfort." With a little industry, we doubt not a sufficient supply of "crumbs," equally savory, might be obtained to give all needful "comfort," until the supper in entertaining style is served up which is anticipated in November next.
