Charlestown, in South Carolina, October 4.

Capt. Henry Richardson, just arrived in 11 Days from the Havanna, informs, that Sir George Pococke was to sail for England the 20th Inst. That Sir George leaves 7 Ships of the line and some frigates there; and that Commodore Keppel was gone to Jamaica with a Squadron..... Capt. Haycraft of this port, and a fine large armed Ship (late the Shaftbury East Indiaman) sailed from Havannah with Capt. Richardson for this place : The Indiaman, we hear, intends to take freight of indigo, &c. for England.
