CHICAGO, June 19.-The Cincinnati Enquirer this morning says the editor has received a personal dispatch from Horatio Seymour, and that it violates no confidence in printing the following extract: "I cannot accept the nomination, if it is made, under any circumstances. I am not able to do the duties of any office. I hope my name will not be presented at Cincinnati. I have never said that I would accept the nomination, nor have I knowingly intimated that I would. Rely upon you to set me right with the delegates."
