The Liberal Republicans of Missouri.

The St. Louis Republican publishes the address of the Liberal Republican State Committee, signed also, by five of the State officers—including Governor Gratz Brown—three of the State Senators and twenty-one members of the House and by other citizens of prominence. A State Convention is called, and active preparations are to be made to carry out the policy of the liberals inaugurated last year. It is the first movement in the direction of the Presidential campaign of 1872 yet developed, and hence possesses general interest and importance.
