Full Text

Some visits that have been lately paid to Lord Chatham incline many to think that that nobleman is, by some means or other, connected with government. Indeed this has been suspected by some knowing ones for some time.

Should Lord Chatham once more occupy any post in government, it will be a means of creating a stronger opposition to their measures, perhaps, than they have experienced any time since his Majesty's accession to the throne. From this it has been observed, that if his Lordship does act for them, it will be privately.
