TRUE STORY OF BARON ROCKEFELLER.

William Rockefeller, the only real American baron, who is trying to conduct his Adirondack preserves as the feudal barons of old did theirs, is finding it a difficult task to drive out of existence a little town. He is also in deadly fear of being put to death. The whole affair makes a story so un-American in its details as to make it seem impossible that it is really taking place in the United States. A reporter for the New York Sunday World has spent several days going over the ground, and the result of his investigation makes very interesting reading. See next Sunday's World.
