The Magistrates of Wetzlar sent a Memorial relating to a military Execution made on that Town the latter end of last Month by the Troops of Hesse Darmstadt; ordered to present it to the Minister of Mentz for the Dictature after the Election of an Archbishop of Mentz ends Disputes concerning the Directory of the Empire. A Letter dated the 7th Instant to the College of City's notes that after Imperial Chamber Decrees against the Court of Darmstadt, the Troops reinforced the Garrison, quitted the City, and took persons to Giessen for detention and forced labor. Magistrates are drawing up verbal process of outrages and grievances for further informations.
