BURR'S PAPERS SEIZED.

We stop the press to announce from unquestionable authority, that on the 20th inst. in Washington county, Mississippi Territory, the secretary of Col. Burr, Mr. Willy, of Watteville, was arrested on his route to Georgia. On his examination, he confessed that he was then in the service of Col. Burr, in the capacity of secretary: that he had been dispatched by Col. Burr, from Natchez, with two pair of saddle bags, and two valises, containing his clothes and papers to some part of Georgia.
