Washington, April 19.-The Senate passed the two court bills laid over from Thursday and spent most of the remainder of the day in executive session over the modus vivendi in Behring Sea and other matters. The session of the House yesterday, was without interest or incident, the entire day being devoted to the consideration of the Naval Appropriation bill, which was finally passed as it came from the Committee with the exception of the dry dock at Algiers (La.) which was stricken out on a point of order.
