The counter declaration of the court of Vienna was published on the 4th of this month. It consists of 10 pages, and enters much at length into a refutation of the reasonings contained in the French declaration of war. It states, that the French have attacked all the sovereigns of Europe by their calumnies, and their attempts to seduce subjects from their allegiance. The King of Hungary therefore calls upon all other sovereigns to support him in a war so unjustly commenced against him.

Immediately after the coronation at Frankfort, war on the part of the empire, will be declared against France.
