Compliment To Governor Sprague.--We understand that the proper committee of the Legislature of Connecticut will report unanimously in favor of forming a new town of the name of "Sprague," which include the village of "Baltic." This is a manufacturing village on the Hartford and Providence Railroad, built up by Governor Sprague, and this action is intended as a decided endorsement of the gallant and patriotic conduct of the youthful Governor of Rhode Island. Baltic now contains the largest factory in the world, built by the Spragues, and another of equal size is soon to be built at a cost of $1,000,000.--Hartford Courant
