Transients Form Self-Governing Body

One hundred Twin City transients now housed in the camp on the shore of Lake Shetek, in Murray county, have voluntarily imposed upon themselves the most rigid rules for personal conduct.

The men have come from various walks of life, including the legal profession, with two representatives. The latter drafted, by request, a set of strict commandments which govern the every-day routine.

A court also has been set up to mete out stern justice, should any one act contrary to the peace and dignity of the camp as provided in its code of rules.
