during the campaign. A certain number of streets will be allotted to each truck and the driver will be responsible for cleaning up his respective area. The Salvage Committee has been promised trucks by St. Mary's Parish, Francis H. Murphy of the Belding Heminway Corticelli Company, Albert E. Otto of the Putnam Woolen Corp., Arthur C. Keith town and city officials.
School children will lend their assistance to the drive by urging their parents and others to cooperate and leave scrap in front yards, on the curb, or in other handy places where it readily may be picked up. Children also will be on the various streets of the city to guide truck drivers to various places where the metal has been left by residents for collection. Cooperation of school children has been guaranteed by Supt. Langford of the public schools and by the Rev. Omer N. Mandler principal of St. Mary's Parochial School.
