SLIGHT FIRE.—During the severe storm between six and seven o'clock, Friday evening, the contents of one of the dry houses of Messrs. Wilson, Dunlevy & Co., in North Wheeling, were discovered to be on fire. The bell on the Vigilant engine house was sounded, but so great was the violence of the storm raging at the time that the alarm was not heard only within a limited area. The watchmen on duty at the dry house went to work vigorously, and with the aid of a hose kept on the premises, soon had the fire under control.
