Newark, N. J., Sept. 25.--For the eleventh consecutive year Frank L. Kramer was crowned king of bicycle riders at the Newark Velodrome yesterday. By winning the two mile championship race Kramer gained such a big lead on his nearest rival for the American national championship that there is no chance of his being deposed. The season winds up next Sunday. Jackie Clarke follows Kramer with a total of 52 points. Kramer's aggregate of points is 72. Kramer, Joe Fogler, Paddy Hehir and Alfred Goullet survived four trial heats in the championship race and came together in the final. Fogler assumed the lead at the outset, with Kramer second, Hehir third and Goullet fourth. This order was maintained until the bell lap, when Kramer came through with his usual sprint and won by half a wheel's length from Hehir, who made a strong bid for the honors in the last half lap. Clarke was unable to ride, owing to injuries received in a fall last Wednesday.
