Reaper Trust Ward Hit.

Supreme Court in a decision handed down Saturday affirmed the verdict of the District Court for Shawnee county against the International Harvester Company.

The company must pay a fine of $12,600 on forty-two counts, each count charging a violation of the Kansas anti-trust laws. The decision is far reaching. It is certain the case will be appealed to the United States Supreme Court.

The company was fined $3,000 in the Trimble Circuit Court in this State, and the judgment was afterward affirmed by the Court of Appeals.
