Rent Control Members Named

The names of five local persons have been approved by the Juneau Office of Rent Stabilization and sent to headquarters at Washington, D. C. for final approval as members of the local board.

The five recommended by Governor Ernest Gruening are Mrs. Patrick Lynch, Dave Gibson, H. E. Spencer, Jim Bennett and Al Miller. Miller is the landlord representative, Bennett the tenant representative and the other three are "public interest" representatives.

John Woolworth, regional rent representative, who is opening the local office said he should receive confirmation on the appointments soon. A director for the local office has not been named.
