Many are the conjectures about Lord Stormont's coming to England, at this time; but, as yet, it does not appear that any of them are just ones. One thing, however, is certain, that his Lordship would not have left France but upon business of the utmost consequence, since he is to go back again to be present at the coronation; but whether that business concerns the publick, or only himself, is not known.

Some affirm, that his journey here was merely to provide such things as are essentially necessary to support the character of the King of England's representative at the above grand ceremony.
