SERIOUS CHARGE.—The United States Telegraph condemns the speculations which are going on in the Eastern states, and says that it is altogether owing to the great quantities of specie that has been brought into the country; and that the introduction of so much specie has resulted from the course which has been pursued by the administration respecting the Bank of the United States Alas! what a desperate administration we have. Last year it was charged with ruining the country by rendering money scarce, and now it is condemned for making it plenty, by the very means by which it was then charged with making it scarce. Who can hesitate to assist in putting down such a monstrous administration? If it is not put down it will not be for want of desperate efforts by the opposition.—
