Vienna, April 18. A Courier is lately arriv'd from Petersburg, which has brought us a fresh Plan of the Operations of the next Campaign, according to which the Russians will make a powerful Diversion as well in the Crimea as the Dnieper, and those which are to act upon the Dnieper, will use their utmost Efforts to join the Troops of his Imperial Majesty.

By the same Courier it's also confirm'd, that Sham's Kouli Kan is dispos'd to attack the Turks with a numerous Army.

Several rich Abbeys, and Ecclesiastical Communities in the Emperor's Hereditary Dominions, have offer'd large Sums towards the Expences of the approaching Campaign, amounting to 120,000 Florins.

Letters from Temeswar bring, that since the great Rains which have occasion'd the Rivers to overflow in the Banat, and render'd the Roads impassable, the Turks appear to have entirely abandon'd the Design of besieging that Place.
