Highlands, N. J., Is Made

Atlantic City. N. J., Dec. 8.-Coast guards today reported that during the night rum runners from Atlantic City and the vicinity completed one of the most successful landings from the rum fleet ever made south of Highlands, hitherto the center of smuggling operations. A steamer and four sailing vessels, believed to be part of the fleet of 15 craft, reported earlier in the week off Highlands now are at anchor off this famous seaside resort.
