16. By letters from Iorgau, of the 21st ult. we are told. that the numbers of recruits that had joined their respective regiments in that city and neighbourhood were amazing ; that every private house was crowded with soldiers. little houses having six or seven, and large ones from sixteen to twenty six, and that it was the same both at Leipzig and Eilenburg.

The Prussian infantry (Says these letters) is already augmented, and the cavalry is quite compleat, those that wanted horses being remounted. They make a fine appearance: and we may venture to affirm. that his Prussian Majesty never yet took the field with such a numerous army as he will have the next campaign.
