A former Miami Beach service station employee is being returned from Georgia by police for questioning in the brutal slaying of seven-year-old JudithAnn Roberts. The man, who has a criminal record, disappeared from his Miami Beach home about the time of the slaying in Miami. While police will spend a good deal of time questioning him it seems unlikely that he has any connection with the crime. From what can be gathered from sources close to the local law enforcement officers is that they will be very lucky to come up with the killer.
